Iaroslav is a seasoned executive with decades of experience in managing large multinational corporations and steering companies through complex challenges and growth phases. His expertise spans strategic planning, corporate development, and anti-crisis management. He has a proven track record of creating and developing companies from the ground up in diverse global markets, including the USA, Canada, China, and Brazil.
His deep understanding of finance, honed at the New York Institute of Finance, has been instrumental in structuring and funding large-scale international projects. Prior to founding IAJ Holdings Corp. in 2009, Iaroslav served as president of the MTB Group, a multinational vertically integrated corporation. His early career as an engineer in space radio systems development provides a strong technical foundation for evaluating innovative technologies.
Tatiana brings essential administrative and international communication skills to IAJ Holdings Corp. With fluency in English and German and a background in interior design and project coordination, she ensures seamless operations and effective communication across our global projects.
Her experience as President of TAJ Design Ltd. and later as a designer at M & M Interiors demonstrates a keen eye for detail and material coordination. In her current role as a director at Palmira PDC Inc., she oversees administrative coordination for various advertising and PR projects, skills that are vital to managing the corporate identity and communications for IAJ and its diverse holdings.
Matvei is an expert in project development and implementation, with a unique background in both clean technology and media production. As President of Palmira PDC Corp. and former Managing Director of Chemigreen Technologies, he has demonstrated exceptional skill in overseeing product development, innovation, and strategic partnerships from concept to completion.
His experience in clean technology, including the development of spill containment products, aligns directly with IAJ’s focus on the energy sector. Furthermore, his award-winning work as a producer provides him with a robust skill set in budget management, production workflow, and resource allocation for complex projects. Matvei holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University and excels at turning innovative ideas into commercially successful realities.
